Welcome to Freebiez-R-Us (the "Web Site"). The following Terms & Conditions ("T&C") contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Web Site and Freebiez-R-Us Service (as defined below). These T&C describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the Freebiez-R-Us Service. If you do not read, understand, and agree to all of the T&C, you may not use the Web Site.
Freebiez-R-Us reserves the right to add to, delete or change these T&C because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these T&C from time to time for such changes.
1) The Freebiez-R-Us Service
Freebiez-R-Us allows customers to earn free gifts by completing advertiser-sponsored offers, and referring a certain number of people to the site who must also complete offer credit requirements.
2) Account Structure
a. There is no cost to create a Freebiez-R-Us account. Only one account is allowed per person, per IP address and only one account per household. Each user may create one Freebiez-R-Us ID, which is used to create an account on any other Freebiez-R-Us web sites.
b. Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts by using multiple addresses or IP addresses.
c. Freebiez-R-Us accounts are non-transferable.
d. Breach of these terms will result in account closure and all credits will be forfeited.
e. Users with closed accounts are forbidden from creating a new account on any Freebiez-R-Us web sites.
f. Users are responsible for securing their Freebiez-R-Us account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately locked and all credits will be forfeited. Freebiez-R-Us is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised accounts.

3) Offers / Offer Credits
a. Each user must complete his or her own offer requirements. Users may not solicit or otherwise permit another individual to complete offers on their account.
b. Freebiez-R-Us is not responsible for requirements or terms of advertisers presented on this site. Please review all advertisers’ policies and terms before completing an offer. Freebiez-R-Us is not responsible for any contracts or charges incurred by its users while completing advertiser offers.
c. In order to receive credit for offers, users must signup using the unique link provided on the Freebiez-R-Us offers page. Users are advised to disable popup blocks and ensure your browser allows cookies in order to receive credit.
d. Users may not complete an offer more than one time. Multiple offer completions will result in account closure and forfeiture of gifts.
e. Offer credits are subject to verification of the actual completed requirements. Freebiez-R-Us reserves the right to refuse or revoke credits for offer completions for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, duplicate completions, fraudulent information or non-payment from advertisers.
f. Users are encouraged to save all information pertaining to offer completions. Requests for manual credit may be made through the “Support” section of the web site, however only requests with complete sign-up verification information will be processed.
g. Crediting time varies for each offer completion. Freebiez-R-Us is not liable for credit delays or no credit situations. Users may not always receive credit for completions due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits may be refused as the result of, but not limited to, the following situations: fraudulent sign-up information, failure to meet requirements or duplicate offer completions.
h. Offer credits are non-transferable between Freebiez-R-Us gift sites.
4) Adventurez Prize Information
a. Freebiez-R-Us will only pay the cost associated with your Adventurez prize based on its determination of the approximate median prices offered in the United States on the day these prizes were first listed (June 25, 2009). The amounts Freebiez-R-Us will pay are as follows:
5) Gift Fulfillment
a. Users are limited to unlimited gift rewards, just request a reset of offer requirements once fulfilling the requirements once.
b. Gifts cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses.
c. Federal Law requires Freebiez-R-Us to collect a W9 from if a reward is worth $600 or more. Users will forfeit gifts and offer credits if a completed W9 form is not provided.
d. All orders are subject to approval based on, but not limited to, the following requirements: correct account information, offer and referral requirements have been met and user does not have more than one account.
e. Freebiez-R-Us cannot guarantee delivery times, but will ensure measures are taken to provide for delivery within a reasonable amount of time.
f. Users must be sure to provide correct shipping information to Freebiez-R-Us in order to receive their gift. Freebiez-R-Us is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
g. Typical gift processing shall occur within 4-6 hours, depending on the fulfillment schedule. However, gifts may not be received for 1-3 weeks.
h. All users must provide valid ID, on our form, for any Cash Reward type
gift. (ie. Drivers License)
6) Your Registration Obligations
a. Account registration is required in order to create a Freebiez-R-Us ID. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to Freebiez-R-Us, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should Freebiez-R-Us suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination Freebiez-R-Us is not intended for children under the age of 13.
b. Users must create their own account. Users are not allowed, under any circumstances, to register or participate on behalf of anyone other then themselves.
c. To register and participate on Freebiez-R-Us, users must reside and participate from within the United States or Canada. Accounts created or pursued from outside these locations will result in account closure and all credits will be forfeited.
d. Spamming is not permitted nor tolerated in any form. All reports of spamming will be investigated and may result in account closure and forfeiture of gift.
e. If you are found to be scamming or stealing referrals in order to obtain your prize, we reserve the right to properly investigate the situation in question. We also reserve the right to cancel/disqualify your account in event we find you guilty of scamming or stealing.
7) Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is subject to Freebiez-R-Us Privacy Policy.
8) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Freebiez-R-Us and its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any alleged damage, loss, or expense, including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the T&C, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.
9) Member Conduct
a. Any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable behavior towards any Freebiez-R-Us staff member will result in an immediate hold and forfeiture of gifts.
10) Termination
a. Termination: Freebiez-R-Us may suspend or terminate your use of the Web Site or Freebiez-R-Us Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of these T&C.
b. Survival: These T&C will survive indefinitely unless and until Freebiez-R-Us chooses to terminate them.
c. Effect of Termination: If you or Freebiez-R-Us terminates your use of the Web Site or the Freebiez-R-Us Service, Freebiez-R-Us may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service and Freebiez-R-Us will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You are not entitled to a refund of the membership fee if you or Freebiez-R-Us terminates your account.
11) Disclaimers and Exclusions
a. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. Freebiez-R-Us PROVIDES THE WEB SITE AND Freebiez-R-Us SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Freebiez-R-Us DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEB SITE, Freebiez-R-Us SERVICE OR ITS USE: (i) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, (ii) WILL BE FREE OF INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (iii) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (iv) WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. Freebiez-R-Us MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE T&C, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
b. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES. Freebiez-R-Us WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE Freebiez-R-Us SERVICE, BASED ON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12) Revisions
Freebiez-R-Us may at any time revise these Terms & Conditions by updating this posting. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Terms & Conditions to which you are bound.
